- Orders can be cancelled within a specified time frame, subject to review.
- Refused orders are subject to restocking fees and return freight charges.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns for buyer's remorse or other reasons must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
FOR Benzara Products'
- Cancellation requests must be made within a specified time frame and are subject to review.
- Orders already in transit may not be cancellable.

- Returns for buyer's remorse or other reasons must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and in good saleable condition.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Returns Overview
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.
